Kounta and MYOB are aware of the issue, this seems to be a security precautionary by MYOB. So you need to issue a link between MYOB and Kounta again as the Credentials are invalid.

To fix that, do the following:

1. Go to Kounta's Back Office -> Add-ons -> MYOB AccountRight -> Connections tab -> click Restore Connection button -> click "Connect to MYOB AccountRight"
   
2. Type MYOB email address and MYOB password with admin rights then click on "Allow access"
3. Select the MYOB AR Live company file from the drop down, then type the username as Administrator with blank password then click Connect to MYOB AccountRight
   
   
4. go to Sync tab and issue Sync Now

Suddenly, I can't view the live view of the cameras on Zmodo ZP-NC18-S on Internet Explorer but I can ping the IP address of the NVR, although I can view the cameras using the monitor plugin direct to the NVR.

This was caused by the latest firmware version 43.0.2.0 which got updated automatically somehow.

To fix it, I had to reapply the older firmware, version 43.0.1.7 firmware was the one I used.

But how did I reapply the firmware, one way is to plugin a USB stick direct to your NVR, but I'm physically located where the NVR was so I had to do it remotely.

I installed a ZViewer v2.0.1.6 or 1.0.135 then add the NVR's IP, enter the username admin, but leave the password blank. If you enter the default password 111111, you will get an error "Please enter the correct login password"

I had to restore files and folders that have disappeared/missing after a cut and paste on an external USB drive.

I tried Recuva deep scan and EaseUS Data Recovery deep scan but none of the two showed the missing files/folders I'm after.

I then tried the Wondershare Data Recovery trial version

because I have tried it on recovering deleted pictures on an Android mobile phone previously using the old version and it worked.

Quick scan didn't find the files/folder I'm after, so I did a deep scan that took around 4 hours to scan a 800GB external USB drive connected to USB2 port.

I had to clean and re-do the adhesive tape of Acer Aspire 8951G screen as bugs/insects were leaving inside the screen and the plastic on top of the screen stop sticking to the frame. I also had to replace the battery where I had to remove the bottom case and keyboard. When testing the battery, make sure to lock the battery switch (orange) located underneath the case, or else you will see "No battery detected" on Windows, even though your battery has been plugged in to the board.

Disabling notification (receiving email) didn't work.

The reason why it had been disconnecting every 4 or 5 minutes is because two different modems from two different locations were trying to authenticate at the same time, even though both modems are set to dynamic and there were no broadband username and password set to the modem.

Windows 10 Home would not map or access network shared drive or running Netlogon script. It comes up an error 0x80004005.

Solution: Add a Windows Credential of that network you were trying to access.

iiNet supplied modem Technicolor TG789vac is blocking port 443 so OWA and Exchange ActiveSync for mobile clients are not working. Port blocking is enabled by default on iiNet so disable it via Toolbox or by ringing them.

I had to install the previous modem Draytek Vigor2760 back. NBN in client's premise is Fibre to the Node, so we are using the old phone line socket that was originally used when the client had the ADSL.
