In affected computer, do the following:

  •  go to Start -> Run... -> type control keymgr.dll
  • Click Add
  • Enter your Server Name (ex: server.domailname.local)
  • Enter your domain\mailbox name (ex: domainname\username)
  • Enter your mailbox password
  • Click OK
  • Click Close
  • Launch Outlook, tick Remember Password when prompted, then close Outlook after login is complete
  • Launch Outlook again, tick Remember Password, close Outlook
  • Launch Outlook and it should be OK then
