I believe this is caused by the 512byte sector size after I replaced one of the HDD which is part of RAID 1. There is no detailed log of the cause if you go to Event Viewer -> Applications and Servuces Logs -> Microsoft -> Windows -> CertificateServicesClient-CredentialRoaming (anyway, I don’t know if that should where I should be looking at).
- Make sure to backup all of the contents of C:\Windows\System32\CertLog\folder.
- Then inside CertLog folder, delete all of *.log files.
- Go to Services.msc and start the “Active Directory Certificate Services”.
As you can see below, I deleted all of the *.logs file on thre right side window. Then after restarting the ADCS service, it will just recreate new log file.
