In affected computer, do the following:
- go to Start -> Run... -> type control keymgr.dll
- Click Add
- Enter your Server Name (ex: server.domailname.local)
- Enter your domain\mailbox name (ex: domainname\username)
- Enter your mailbox password
- Click OK
- Click Close
- Launch Outlook, tick Remember Password when prompted, then close Outlook after login is complete
- Launch Outlook again, tick Remember Password, close Outlook
- Launch Outlook and it should be OK then
